How is that there is only hearsay evidence to accuse Sgt. Burley but heresay evidence can't be used to free him?

Why is it that  Florida Congressmen can get an AWOL soldier an honorable discharge but no one can get to the truth of why Sgt. Burley remains behind bars?

Why is it that the leadership of CASERMA EDERLE, Vicenza, Italy  can run their base on the same principles as the Italian Mafia?

How is it that 2 of the 3 privates that "framed" Sgt. Burley have told no less than 4 entirely different versions of the hazing incident and no perjury charges are pending?

 Is it possible that one of 3 soldiers was hurt because he was going to come forward and tell the truth in regards to Sgt. Burley? Is it possible that one of the lawyers was told to drop out of the picture?  Why is it that the witness who could have set Sgt. Burley free changed his story after CID got to him? Why was Sgt. Burley's parents told not to waste their money on getting their son a civilian lawyer, this is all political and you can't outspend the US Army?

Letters and emails to every media source have been ignored. One source said this was too political to touch.

Sgt. Burley remains in prison, he has been there since May 24th, before that he served time on base since January of 2007. While he's been incarcerated he has missed his sister getting married, the birth of another sister's baby, his grandmother has passed away from cancer, the birth of his twin brother's son who bears his name; just to name a few things.
